Join me for a unique and uplifting holistic yoga flow class to strengthen and lengthen the body, improve your balance and de-stress from the day.

Classes are gentle and joyful in a compassionate, inclusive and small setting, giving you space to explore the practice safely and with more attention. All classes include movement, sound, mantra, breath and meditation to bring balance into the body.

Gentle Morning Hatha Yoga Classes

A beginner-friendly and gentle 75-minute yoga class for those who want to continue their practice and have just started their yoga journey, or anyone who wants a gentler style class within a small and safe space to explore. Each class is intuitively designed and integrates breathwork, movement, sound and meditation for a holistic experience.

This class is suitable for all levels and is inclusive.

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and introspective class to end your week, starting with a meditation to ground our mind and awareness and progressing to a beautiful yin yoga practice, designed to help release the fascia - where emotions are stored in the body. Yin gives the body space to slowly release, which helps relax the nervous system.

This class is suitable for all levels and is inclusive.

The studio turns One and we'll be celebrating this special milestone of having the studio open for a year with multiple yogic practices, a sound bath & kirtan. There will also be home-made cake and lovingly made chai available.

Sound Immersion Journey

February 21

Saturday, 6pm - 7.30pm

This is a special 90-minute event completely focused on sound and the journey inwards through it. There will be some grounding exercises before diving into a sound immersion with various instruments and vocals, designed to take you to complete rest, relaxation and to reset your nervous system from external stressors in daily life.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

February 22

Sunday, 6.00pm - 7.30pm

A class designed to guide you to the ultimate stillness and inner quiet, with deeply relaxing restorative poses in a restful and contemplative practice, holding poses for at least 5 minutes.

We will close the practice with a Yoga Nidra practice ~ also known as non-sleep, deep rest to give effects of restful deep sleep and to experience to bring about restoration of the body and mind.

Yin & Sound Healing

February 28

Saturday, 6.00pm - 7.30pm

This special event designed to help you completely relax and unwind. On this evening, you will be guided through a 90-minute holistic and nourishing yin yoga and sound healing experience integrating crystal and Tibetan bowls, tongue drum, rain stick, flute, harmonium and vocals, as well as other instruments.  Both practices help put the body into balance and releases stored tension in the body.

Join us on a 4-week course designed for beginners to learn the foundations of yoga and give you confidence in your own practice at home or in studios.

When: Fridays, 17th April to 8th May, 6.30pm to 8pm.

Next Retreat ~ Inwards
15th March 2026

After the success of the first retreat, I am excited to announce that I will be hosting my second in-studio retreat.

This beautiful 3-hour retreat designed to take you on the journey inwards, to connect to the deepest part of yourself, find your stillness and return back home to your truth.

On this peaceful morning, you will be guided through different yogic practices, including hatha & restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, journaling, and sound healing. There will also be delicious home-made food and opportunities for community connection during this retreat. For more info - click here

Hi I’m Mei

And I am here to guide you on your journey to wholehearted living.

I am a yoga teacher, harmonium player, sound practitioner, and vocalist based in sunny Perth, Western Australia.

I’m passionate about food, nature, and animals (especially dogs and cockatoos). I love exploring the world through travel, singing, dancing, and instruments.

I reflect and write every day. And, of course, yoga is at the heart of everything I do.

I believe yoga does more than bring balance and wellness to the body—it connects us to our hearts, unveils our truth, and guides us toward authenticity and alignment with ourselves. This is so powerful because when you feel truly connected to who you are, you can uplift and fulfil yourself while forming genuine, meaningful connections with others.
