"Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony" Debasish Mridha

Yoga is an ancient practice that is versatile and sustainable and can have profound and lasting effects on our health, spirituality and wellbeing.

The literal meaning of Yoga is to ‘yoke’, ‘join’ or ‘to merge’. Although yoga is multifaceted with many different meanings, the practice of yoga serves to harmonise and unite the breath, mind, soul, spirit and body. It can be used a tool to grow and heal, and to connect us to divinity. The practice of yoga helps raise our awareness and consciousness and help find our true selves by releasing tension and shedding what no longer serves us.

Yoga can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. While some approach yoga as a form of physical exercise, others use it as a path to personal growth, stress relief, or spiritual exploration.

It’s often said that yoga meets you where you are, making it a versatile practice that can adapt to your needs and intentions.
